Monthly video subscriptions are $8.99 per month and subscriptions are billed on the same day that your financial institute releases funds. For example, if you signed up for a monthly subscription on the 4th and funds release on the 6th then your recurring billing will be set for the 6th of every month until you decide to cancel your membership subscription.
We understand that life happens! We always put our fans and followers first! Please try and reschedule your webcam show before cancelling the service and this is especially true if you're 24 hours within you're scheduled performance. Rescheduling may be the smarter decision that you can make. If you absolutely have to cancel, fill out the form below.

CANCELLATION AFTER 24 HOURS
You can cancel your membership subscription anytime by emailing us directly or by submitting the cancellation form located on this page. Your membership subscription will be cancelled the same day your request is received.
PayPal offers an auto billing functionality allowing you to set up monthly installments each month. To cancel automatic billing please contact us directly or fill out the cancellation form on this page. After we receive your request we will automatically cancel your membership.
To avoid unwanted charges and automatic billing, be sure to cancel your membership or video subscriptions at least one week prior to the beginning of the next month. A good rule to remember is to cancel on or before the 25th of every month to avoid next months billing!
The Merchant Descriptor for this website will read "OFFICIALLEX", we have chosen this name as our merchant descriptor on behalf of our site members and followers privacy and protection. Because you were unable to cancel your webcam performance within the 24 hour time period your debit/credit card will now be billed for the total amount due. This is not something that can be reversed once it has been processed. If you've reached out to us by either emailing us directly or using the Contact Us form but it was still after 24 hours we may be able to give you a partial refund on this service but it would have to be looked into. Please fill out the form below and we will contact you shortly!
FULL REFUNDS AFTER CANCELLATION
Yes! We provide full refunds back onto your debit/credit card as long as you contact us directly through email or fill out the form below 24 HOURS BEFORE your webcam performance is scheduled. We have been known to refund partial amounts as well, just be sure that you communicate with us!
OTHER FORMS AND REFUNDS
Not everything in this world is perfect and we totally understand that! In the even that something goes terribly wrong during the webcam performance (ie: lost internet connection, computer crashes, family emergency, health emergency, or life threatening emergency, We will work with you in terms of a partial refund for the provided service so long as you request this! All refund inquiries will be investigated in the order they are received. Be sure to frequently check for a email response within 3-5 days.
BY CLICKING 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' YOU AGREE TO BE REMOVED FROM ANY AUTOMATIC BILLING FEATURE, OR MONTHLY BILL FEATURE IN WHICH YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY SUBSCRIBED TOO IN EXCHANGE FOR EXCLUSIVE 'VIP' MEMBER SERVICES- SERVICES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TOO; ACCESS TO ALL CONTENT AND FEATURES SUCH AS DOWNLOADABLE PICTURE, VIDEO, AND AUDIO OUTPUT, CLEARANCE, DISCOUNTS, OR PRORATED PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, ACCESS TO MONTHLY ANNUAL CONTESTS, FREE BIRTHDAY GIFTS OR FREE PROMOTIONAL MEMORABILIA. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE DEACTIVATED IMMEDIATELY AND YOU WILL NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THESE SERVICES. IN THE EVENT YOU CANCEL AFTER THE 25TH OF THE MONTH PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU MAY BE BILLED FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH, IN THIS INSTANCE PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY BY EMAILING US DIRECTLY OR FILLING OUT A CONTACT US FORM ON THE CONTACT US PAGE.
